With professional CGI’s you can create a professional looking website and use the images across your social media and other touch points. All of which will help capture your ideal clients attention!
Affordable
This is the most affordable way to get high quality CGI’s and work with me. The offer is only available to Interior Design Students or Interior Designers who have been in business less than 2 years.
THE OFFER
We know it can be difficult to gain clients when you first start out, particularly if you haven’t got any photos of your designs so that potential clients can see your style and capability.
That’s why I have created the Start-Up offer, which is a discounted rate to create CGI’s of your interior designs so that you can have professional looking images that can be used across all your touch points.
The offer starts with one room (size permitting but a good size living room) at £450 where you can get up to 4 images (mix of overall interiors and close ups). Usually this would cost £850+ !
If you would like a 360 degree image, which can then be viewed on VR, easily viewable on your mobile, you can pay an extra £100.
WHO IS THIS OFFER FOR?
– You are looking to build out your portfolio and want professional images to display on your website and social media to help showcase your work and interior style to attract the right clients.
– For Interior Designers within 2 years of business and you have a project that has been designed and planned out, and a CGI would really help the client to visualise the space.
– Interior Design Students who are finishing their course and getting ready to push their Interior Design Business Forward or want to really make their final project stand out.
WHAT’S THE PROCESS?
– Fill out the form below which asks a little bit of info about you, where you are at (student or new biz), what kind of room you’d like visualised etc and whether you would like a 360 degree view added.
– Once I receive your form, I will arrange a time to have a quick 15min zoom call to go over the project, camera angles and agree deadlines for information that I will need and send over the invoice.
– Invoices must be paid within 24 hours otherwise I will make your slot available for other clients.
– I will get started on your CGI, and will send a low res draft copy to review so you can make light revisions.
– You will receive high quality renders via dropbox or wetransfer for you to download and use however you like!
T&C’s
If you have a lot of bespoke items and/or your interior design is complex, then it might be that I will not be able to fulfil this for you using this offer. If this is the case I will let you know refund the payment if this has been made first.
You get 1 revision (if the revision is vastly different, you may be charged an extra cost), so this offer is best if you have the designed planned or signed off.
Expected timeline for delivery for the images is 3-4 weeks.
Payments are taken via BACS. Projects are not confirmed until payment is made within 24 hours of issuing the invoice. After the 24 hour period we will make the slot available for other clients.
Studio Ercra is not VAT registered
Projects are booked in, and you will need to supply the information before we start modelling. This will be agreed at our initial meeting. If you do not supply the information before the agreed deadline you may get charged a late fee.
This offer is only suitable for projects that are in the final stages of the design rather than using this as a way to design as you go.
We have an excellent library of furniture and lighting options so most of time we have the items you wish. If we do not have the item then we will use another similar furniture item. If the item absolutely has to be in the render and we need to model it, then this may come at an extra cost.
You will only receive the images (PNG/TIFFS/JPEGS which ever you prefer) not the 3D model.
Studio Ercra has the right to share the final renders on media outlets such as but not limited to website, blogs and social media as part of there CGI portfolio and will credit the Interior Designer where ever possible.
